Greater Harmony has extensive experience working with clients undergoing fertility treatments, including a partnership with South Jersey Fertility and Virtua Maternal Fetal Medicine. As a Registered Nurse, Teddy has a deep understanding of and training in traditional Western medicine including fertility treatments and implications. As a Holistic Nurse, she has an expertise in integrated therapies to blend traditional and Eastern medicines to treat the patient holistically. Teddy brings sensitivity and compassion to her approach when working with clients experiencing infertility.

Holistic Approaches to Support Reproduction & Fertility
Mind-body modalities focus on the brain, mind and body as they interact with other factors such as emotional, mental, social, spiritual and behavioral cues, that directly affect health. Because of positive evidence, these techniques can be used to provide positive health benefits. It utilizes an approach that respects and enhances each person’s capacity for growth through self-knowledge and self-care, and emphasizes techniques that are grounded in individual empowerment.

These holistic modalities can help you as you experience the challenges of infertility
and high risk pregnancy. They help to:

-increase clarity
-maintain a healthy circulation and homeostasis in the mind-body connection
-promote balance


as you go through the rigors of infertility treatments. As you understand and
experience physical relaxation, you honor and feel better about your body.


Services Therapies provided are tailored to meet your individual needs, where you are in your cycle, and your requests.  Possible therapies may be Asian Bodywork Therapy: Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reiki and Energy Therapies, Yoga, Relaxation Techniques, and  Meditation. 
Together we look at ways to promote balance and health by recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and environment. Process
At the first visit we review a completed client information form, learn how daily behaviors are particularly important in shaping our health and well-being. We begin to introduce relaxation techniques, provide handouts and information to reinforce at home.
